Delivery Information

At Peachbag, we make sure that your products reach you in the excellent condition and as soon as possible. Shipping charges are applicable on all products irrespective of their price until unless mentioned otherwise in the product page. Cash On Delivery charges Rs.75 Extra applicable on every COD purchase. COD process is subject to Peachbag’s validation. Without customer's permission, Peachbag can cancel the COD order anytime before shipping. If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including shipping charges.

If you cancel part of the order, shipping charges will not be refunded. Order Status Section and in case you are unable to track the same then you could e-mail us on happyhelp@peachbag.com.

We attempt to process every order within 24 hours of the placement but the exact shipping time depends on the availability of certain products and also the delivery location, hence the same will be communicated during the process of ordering.

You could always check your order status in you’re “My Peachbag Profile” section. We do not deliver products outside India, at present although you could place an order from anywhere in the world for an address in India. We ensure that we deliver the orders the fastest and depending on the location deliver most of the orders in 2 - 10 days.

We have partnered with First Flight and India On Time courier services for shipment of products, who would deliver products depending upon your location and reach. We would request you to co-operate with our delivery partners to have your product delivered to you at a preferable time and in safe hands.

This Policy is an integral part of the T&C and has to be read along with them and remains binding on you singly and in conjunctly.
